Returns and Exchanges

• 7-day return policy after receiving your item for a store credit.
• Items purchased with a discount of 10% or more as well as personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Item must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging.

Please contact us at info@nitaya.ch and tell us your order number, the items you want to return and the reason. (For example: too big, too small, don't like it, defective or other reasons.) Remember that you have to cover the return costs yourself. For returns within Switzerland, we recommend using B-Post.
